Silhouette Johnson has previously served as SWP President and Secretary, a chapter President and Vice-President, and on the National Technology committee. This Lena Lockhart winner is a graduate of Grambling State University and a mother of one. She is a widow and current member-at-large.

Shanica Tisdell-Reed joined the Silhouettes in 2020. She was the Chartering President of the Denton Lewisville Alumni Chapter in August 2021. Shanica currently serves as the SWP Interim Secretary. A graduate of Texas Woman's University with a B.S in Psychology and Texas A&M University-Commerce with a M.S. in Counseling, she is married to Kappa Derrick Reed, Fall '86 initiate.
